Hi! I am Shaquita (Shaq). I have been a member of BTB since January 2007. BTB brings a group of great African American women together whose common bond is our love of books. Our meetings are crazy fun with so many ladies, everyone has a different point of view which makes a great book club meeting.

Some of my favorite books are The Coldest Winter Ever by Sister Souljah and Their eyes were watching God by Zora Neale Hurston.  I also enjoy reading Walter Mosley, Mary B Morrison, &Eric Jerome Dickey.
